Three English men were in a bar and spotted an Irish man.

One guy said he was going to piss him off. He walked over to the Irish man and tapped him on the shoulder. “Hey, I hear your St. Patrick was a sissy.”

“Oh really, hmm, didn’t know that.”

Puzzled, the English man walked back to his buddies. “I told him St. Patrick was a sissy and he didn’t care!”

“You just don’t know how to set him off, watch and learn.” The second English man walked over and tapped the Irish man on the shoulder. “I hear your St. Patrick was a transvestite!”

“Oh, wow, I didn’t know that, thank you.”

Shocked beyond belief, the English man went back to his buddies. “You’re right, he is unshakable!”

The third English man said: “No, no, no, I will really piss him off, you just watch.” The English man walked over to the Irish man, tapped him on the shoulder and said…”I hear your St. Patrick was an Englishman!”

“Yeah, that’s what your buddies were trying to tell me.”

This also works nicely on your Orkut homepage, after you login (in fact it should work on any page with several small images)

For the techies : A quick look will tell you what’s going on. The script just manipulates all the images in the current document in a loop by changing each one’s position in a sinusoidal fashion. Hence the sin/cos curve wriggling about.

The effect is nothing you haven’t seen before. What’s good to see is how easy it was to script this.

This is an amazing way to improve your geography. You are given the name of a place, and a timer starts. When you choose a location on a world map, you get points based on how fast you pointed and how accurate (distance from the correct location).

Woman 1: No, it’s perfect. I’d love to get my hair cut like that, but I think my face is too wide. I’m pretty much stuck with this stuff I think.
Woman 2: Are you serious? Your face is adorable. You could easily get one of those layer cuts - that would look so cute I think. I was actually going to do that except that I was afraid it would accent my long neck.
Woman 1: Oh - that’s funny! I would love to have your neck! Anything to take attention away from these football player shoulders of mine.
Woman 2: Are you kidding? I know girls that would love to have your shoulders. Everything drapes so well on you. I mean, look at my arms, see how short they are? If I had your shoulders I could get clothes to fit me so much easier.

This is a different one - you see three sides of a cube and some colored squares. Drag your pointer across the cube face to join two squares of the same color; this will leave behind a path of that color. Now do this for every colored pair - without intersecting any paths…it’s tougher than it sounds, have a try :o)
